Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for inspections and quotes, but booking ahead by call or WhatsApp guarantees you a bay, especially for ceramic coating and multi-hour details.
How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?
We aim to respond to all calls, WhatsApp messages and form submissions within 24 hours, and usually much sooner during working hours.
Is there somewhere to wait while my car is serviced?
Yes — our lounge has free WiFi, coffee and tea, and a kids' play area, so most short jobs are comfortable to wait out on site.
Can you collect or drop off my car?
For larger jobs, ask our team about collection and drop-off when you book — availability depends on your location and current schedule.
